The free trial examination is available to all new partners, regardless of which package they choose. After registration you can immediately upload a fundus image, which we will analyse free of charge. The analysis is just as detailed and professional as paid examinations.

We guarantee a maximum processing time of 48 hours for every submitted image. The specialist medical report is completed within 2 working days. Our current average processing time is 32 hours, so you receive the detailed analysis quickly.
The Theia Labs platform is compatible with all fundus cameras with a minimum 45-degree field of view. Supported image formats: JPG, PNG and DICOM files. Minimum resolution: 1024x1024 pixels, maximum file size: 20 MB per file. You can upload up to 10 images per examination.
Yes, we fully support OCT image analysis. Our system can receive OCT scans in raw DICOM format alongside colour fundus images. Our specialists take both image types into account when making a diagnosis, giving you a more comprehensive picture of the patient's ophthalmic condition.
Yes, every report we issue is automatically uploaded to the electronic health record system at no extra charge. We also provide our own patient portal where patients can access all reports from Theia Labs partner locations in one place and conveniently download them as PDFs. This ensures medical documentation is always accessible both in the official health system and in our own digital records.
